Our 220 homes, cottages and apartments offer several
floor plans that represent a wide range of square footage
and design options. The entrance and monthly service
fees vary from home to home.
Entrance Fees:

Standard Refund: Pay the standard entrance fee and
your estate will receive a refund in the amount equal
to the entrance fee paid less 2% for each month of residency
during the first 48 months of occupancy and less a 4%
administration charge.

50% Refund: Pay an additional 33% on top of the standard entrance fee and your
estate will receive a 50% refund of the fee paid.
|
90% Refund: Pay an additional 77% on top of the standard
entrance fee and your estate will receive a 90% refund
of the fee paid.

Monthly fees are subject to annual adjustments. Notification
of any adjustment will be given to all residents at least
60 days in advance.
